Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when it was received.
- Unused and free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.
- Returned with any original packaging where possible.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your furniture and homeware carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Made-to-order, customised, or personalised furniture unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to request a return for the original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
