At HF Furnishings, we aim to deliver your furniture safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of care.

Delivery Areas & Charges

We currently deliver throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Northern Ireland: Free Delivery on all orders.
Republic of Ireland: A flat-rate delivery charge of £50 applies to all orders.

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.

If an item is out of stock or requires a longer lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Process

Our team will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date where required, particularly for larger furniture items.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery at the agreed time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for furniture to enter the property, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts where applicable.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

While we always strive to deliver within our estimated timescales, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen transport issues. If this happens, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
